Legal Warranty – 2 Years
All products sold to customers in the European Union are covered by a 2-year legal warranty. This warranty ensures that:

Are fit for normal use
Are free from manufacturing defects at the time of delivery
If your item develops a fault within 2 years, please contact us and we will offer one of the following:
A replacement (if available)
A refund (partial or full, depending on the case)
How to Claim
To make a warranty claim, please provide:

Photo or video evidence of the fault
We may request the item to be returned or, depending on the situation, offer a refund or replacement without return.
Limited Warranty – 30 Days for Manufacturing Defects
In addition to the legal warranty, we also offer a 30-day limited warranty for manufacturing defects. If the item arrives defective or becomes non-functional within 30 days, we will arrange a full refund or send a replacement.
