We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your item, we offer a 14-day return window in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.

Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return within 14 calendar days from the day you receive your order. To be eligible:

The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

You must notify us via email or our chat within the 14-day period.

Reasons for Return

Change of mind (customer remorse): Accepted within 14 days.

Defective or damaged item: Accepted with photographic evidence.

Wrong item received: Accepted with proof.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to a defect or mistake on our part, we will cover the shipping cost.

If the return is due to a change of mind or incorrect order placed by the customer, the return shipping cost is the customer's responsibility.

Returns are sent to our partner warehouse, which may be located outside the EU (typically China).

Refunds

Refunds will be issued only after the returned product is received and inspected.

We reserve the right to deduct any damage or wear from the refund.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty.
