Return Conditions
We accept return or refund requests within 14 calendar days of receiving your item, under the following conditions:
Damaged or defective product
Wrong item received
Change of mind (customer remorse)
Please note: All return requests must be submitted with clear photographic or video evidence.
Return Not Accepted If:
The product was received in good condition, but the customer simply no longer wants it after the 14-day window.
The product shows signs of use, damage, or missing packaging.
The product is custom-made, personalized, or marked Final Sale.
The return reason is subjective (e.g., “looks different than expected”, “I changed my mind” after using it).
Return Shipping
If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, return shipping is our responsibility.
If the return is due to change of mind, wrong variant ordered, or customer error, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Returns may be processed through our international partner facilities, which may be located outside the EU (e.g., Asia).
Refunds
Refunds are issued only after the product is received and inspected.
We reserve the right to deduct costs for missing packaging, product wear, or signs of use.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or misdelivered.
